"My passion for automobiles started at a young age. Growing up in the 80s and 90s around unique German, Swedish, and Japanese makes fueled a passion for quality automobiles. While attending automotive trade school I was able to secure a position as an apprentice at a local BMW dealership. From there I was hooked. I went on to become a manufacturer trained BMW Master Technician / Shop Foreman before leaving with over ten years brand experience. I worked for an independent garage for a year and honed my skills in advanced electrical diagnostics as well as familiarizing myself to other brands. The last six years of my career before opening Stepler Motorworks comprised work as a manufacturer trained Volvo Master Technician / Shop Foreman and finally working as Parts and Service Director. Establishing Stepler Motorworks has allowed me to take my career to the next level by providing the skills and services customers need on today’s complex vehicles all while providing a convenient and cost effective process."
